  • @12345678978680 You really mean it? Or is it a joke?

PD: I'm sorry, I'm kinda an Asperger =s

  • if leonard was bigger he might be a good clark kent, whip off thos glasses slick the hair back and use his regular voice and uve got superman.

  • Actually some yogurts are without lactose, so he could have eaten eat anyway!!!

  • lol [ause at 0:46

  • my mom has to google the jokes to get them

  • The worst: Sheldon is right, he IS sick. The two sorts of sickness.

  • Silly as hell, but the logic is sound.

  • Sheldon, Leonard can't eat yogurt, he's lactose intollernt and you know it! lol

  • lime jello... doesn't that make it too acidic to have good results?

  • Really love this show!!

  • he got on his knees and opened his mouth

  • haha sheldon is so weird and nerdy. but so cute xD

  • Unlimited energy sources are out there! But a few ppl make too many billions from our energy needs to let this technology be known,Go to LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM and get the blueprints for a genuine magnet motor ,take part in the revolution!

  • @595o

    photon?

  • @Aljedubru a photon is a little packet of energy which can carry electromagnetic radiation and also is the carrier force for electromagnetic force.

  • @Aljedubru light -.- for simple minded failed abortions such as yourself

  • @AngelBiLove i know what a photon is. saying "photon?" doesn't automatically imply that i'm asking was a photon is. the person i was replying to had said something and he didn't know what something had meant, so i asked "photon?" to see if that was what he was referring to. don't be so quick to assume, dickweed.

  • @csutortok apparently u do not know how to differentiate between good and bad acting

  • @csutortok Well Superbad didn't have really bad acting, it was actually alright considering what the movie's plot was about.

  • "Leonard if I'm going to get ahead of this thing I need to find out what's growing in my throat." I think he needs to find out what's growing in his brain. XD

  • i still dont get why people find this even a tad funny

southpark now thats humor with a meaning..

this is just stupid jokes for smart people..

  • @shadowkid1993 Then why watch it?

  • @dafticus i thaught that this might be a funny joke cause it involves a diagnosis.. but yeah not so much

  • @shadowkid1993

Yeah, that has to be worse than stupid jokes for stupid people.

  • @HDreamer this show is about warping trough time and nerds..

south park is about the.. just watch episode : margarita-vile and youll see southpark is way smarter and down to earth than this show without a clue or punchlines ;)

and if you dont watch that episode then you have no right of speaking and if you think its still stupid after watching that episode then you didn't get it what makes you stupid

  • @shadowkid1993

Southpark has it's share of good episodes, but there are horrible unfunny ones as well. I never said a word about Southpark though.

  • @HDreamer ok then its good.. (new southpark episode OMG OMG OMG)

  • Best,Episode,EVAR

  • @dogolog9 bad fish paradigm 19:10... thats the best...

  • Sheldon, you are not sick. THIS IS, but you are not lol.

  • is lactose free yogurt you idiots i pity you this is a show for really smarts guys like me with my phd you hardly even finish high school go watch reality shows those are meant for stupid people

  • @tumadrexuxa For someone with a "Ph.D" you act like a 12 yr old, and disgrace anyone else with Ph.D. that's even if you have a Ph.D. Come back when you get off your high horse.

  • @tumadrexuxa you sound like a bigass idiot. i AM 13 years old this is a hilarious show. And what are the odds of a phd graduate watching show clips on youtube. If you're so goddamn genius then go buy the seasons with your own high and mighty money which I expect you to have considering you supposedly have a "phd" and keep your smart talk off of youtube. BTW: if you had a phd, use periods in your goddamn sentences you asshole.

  • @eunjeepwnz i'm not going to argue with a 13 years old go finish high school then college then a masters degree and then a phd so i may consider doing so.

  • @tumadrexuxa Education is quite often confused with intelligence. Just because you're educated in no way asserts you have a superior intelligence to even a chimp with down syndrome. Especially in the U.S. where your precious Masters and PhD's can commonly be bought.

If you want to talk down to someone, do it based on their moronic comments (as I am doing to you) not based on a perceived lack of an education. Sheesh, you didn't even spell "phd" correctly, it's pretty unlikely you have one.

  • @eunjeepwnz You idiot, if you have a PhD you still shit like everyone else and yes, surprise, watch youtube.

  • @tumadrexuxa I agree with everyone.

  • How could have Leonard "polished off the apricot yogurt"? Isn't he lactose intolerant?

  • Um, the yogurt would contaminate your sample, Sheldon. It has bacteria in it.

  • sheldon babbles to leonard *slaps hand on counter* *stops foot* *opens mouth*

sheldon i think you need a better therapist

  • @ElectronicLakeDog Who says he Has a therapist?

  • "Sheldon you're not sick.This is,but you're not." Oh boy hillarious!

  • i'm lactose intolerant and i can eat some yoghurts (others are extremely bad for me) and some cheeses. (cheddar etc. )

  • This shall win that race everyone is on about.

  • Actually, lactose intolerant people can eat yogurt. Some yogurts still contain milk solids, which can increase lactose content, but traditionally made yogurts contain lactase enzymes, which render the products harmless to those who are lactose intolerant.

  • LadyRose1985 FTW!

  • for the win

  • ...whut?

  • my girlfriend can't :( (really bad case of lactose intolerance)

  • Silly Sheldon! You know darn well Leonard didn't eat the yogurt!

  • Yah hes lactose intolerent

  • i never thought of that :)

  • No Im lactose intolerant and the doctor told me the only thing we can eat is yogurt.

  • What about beans? Lol

  • you can eat cheese too.

  • @tawejea Yogurt is a dairy product though. ._.

  • Yes it is.... I didn't say it wasn't. All i said, is that the doctor told me when I was diagnosed that it does not affect us the same way milk or cheese would, and that it would be a good source of calcium given that I could not eat other dairy.

  • @tawejea okay... -_-;

  • @babymoondancer actually yogurt has bacteria that digests the lactose in yogurt thus lactose intolerant people (as well as dogs and cats) can safely eat yogurt!

  • @babymoondancer He didn't say Leonard ate the yoghurt, he's saying he cleaned the pots and lids the yoghurt was in.

  • @babymoondancer good point i never notice that befor

  • too damn funny!

  • slap, step, open mouth

  • haha, this is such a funny show!! it doesn't take an intelligent person to recognize it!!! I just stumbled on this show 2 episodes ago and i loved it!! thanks for the post..

  • love this show

  • fxck u! this show is fxckn GREAT!! if u cant see tha humour in this, then you have some serious, unheard of mental disorder, and are pychologically un-fit to be typing un-called for comments to moch a great show!!

  • Somehow you've managed to convince yourself that spamming and stalking a single video (of a TV show that you dislike) is normal, yet nitpick at the fact that some people DO think this show is funny.

If at any point it becomes possible, do get a life.

  • If you can't see the humor in this show then I have pity on you.

  • @Elphaba1013 What a terrible, hurtful thing to say! Well, shame on you! Or something...

  • Comment removed

  • @Elphaba1013 if you really find this show amusing and funny, than i feel sorry for you.

  • Typhoid penny! lol!

  • hey why don't all of you who argue about this program put a sign on top of your television saying for " ENTERTAINMENT ONLY " that is all these programs are for to entertain if you like this show GREAT i think it's funny. It's about fictional people

  • corn husking antibodies!!!! at 1:00 i practically peed myself :]

  • I think OCD is more the right term lol XD

  • is that filo or spanish? lol cos it looked similar xD if im wrong on both accounts then my bad xD

  • Please don't feed the troll.

  • Comment removed

  • It may not be your cup of tea but I find that what makes the show hilarious is the fact that I haven't a clue what they talk about.

  • hahaha. 958228004 ftw! suck it darkangelrocket

  • DarkAngelRocket... You should stop buying cheap psichology books at the gas station. Go home, have a bottle of wine and try to find someone to...you know, have fun together. Maybe you''l see things different without all that stress on you. Relax!

  • (vomit)

  • i love Sheldon, he is hot hot hot!!!

  • Sheldon may not be as cut off from the World as he lets on he is. He does know at least one broadway song, and he knows what a cornhusker is. If the writers could let him be a Bears and Tony Stewart fan we would know that he is actually human.

  • The reason 95% of geeks love Sheldon to death is because he is exactly the type of person that does NOT like the Bears of Tony Stewart, that's JOCK material. Not geek. We like him for not being 'human', we like him because he is essentially our voice of reason in a world full of people that just give us headaches. It's honestly heartwarming that some people want to connect with him, but he's perfect as he is. Maybe you should be looking at Penny as someone you can relate to more.

  • "How odd his voice, how odd his manner of speaking and his way of moving. It is no surprise, therefore, that this boy also lacks understanding of other people's expressions and cannot react to them appropriately."..."The difficulties which this boy has with himself as well as with his relationship to the world, are the price he has to pay for his special gifts."..."It seems that for success in science or art, a dash of autism is essential." Hans Asperger

  • "The subject goes into what I describe as 'God mode', an omnipotent person who cannot be wrong and whose intelligence must be worshiped. Such people may have difficulties making friends, reading social situations or someone's thoughts and intentions. A lack of ability in interactions can result in behaviours to achieve control in a social context; these include an arrogant and inflexible attitude." Tony Attwood, "The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome"

  • lol, you guys are being psychiatrists to a fictional character

  • What a great show!

  • or maybe he's a fictional character in a Tv show. like really why are you all caught up in mental disorders.....he's acting.

  • That is true, he is fiction, but writers usually develop characters far deeper than the audience will ever know, and analyzing fiction and its characters has been going on for a very long time and I don't think it's going to stop.

  • bazinga

  • Why does people keep saying Sheldon has some kind of mental disorder (ASD most of the time) For all I now about those and the symptoms, he is just a person of very carefully planned consistency. He is not clumsy or has problems with his ability to talk (kind of the opposite) He doesn't have a repetitive motion pattern, nor he is unable to look at people in the eyes.

I think entering college at eleven has something to do with his inability to get sarcasm and irony. Must of us get it at that age.

  • We must learn by others what that means, remember people, when we were little, it was the same. We took everything literally until we got the real meaning,he didn't have the change to learn those aspects of the human mind, studying all the time.

Though I agree with the OCD theory, it has more reliability. The other ones are just blasphemy :3

  • Actually, it's quite likely that Sheldon has a mix of OCD and Aspergers. Most people with Asperges struggle with social things just like Sheldon. He has very little understand of the unwritten social rules. Plus, most with Aspergers are smarter than average which could explain partially why Sheldon is such an intellectual. I think it's obvious that Sheldon has OCD. He likes his routine.

  • He has definitely OCD, but nothing of Aspergers. Struggle with social life with Aspergers is obviously,...a mental problem. Sheldon is the way he is becasue he didn't have the adequate time to develop or sympathize with the interaction of normal human minds. That is, he is just a super geeky, with literally no infancy whatsoever. Aspergers have "struggles" because they have very limited empathy. Sheldon's is just under developed.

  • I don't agree. His need for routine along with his poor social behaviour and unable to pick up on conventional social cues coupled with his obsessive interests lead to the conclusion that he does fall on the autism spectrum scale..

His OCD like behaviour falls under his autistic tendacanies ( aspergers) to explain his need for routine in his everyday life.

  • Autism? What's wrong with you people. Just because I'm unable to get a lot of people's indirect comments doesn't mean I have aspergers or autism, it just makes me a little antisocial.

There are a LOT of factors that contribute to the conclusion. Sheldon has three. JUST THREE (or four), it's not even worth the bother of complicated words like your comment. Not even up to HFA...oh hell maybe HFA.

    Maybe :P

But Aspergers? Are you pulling my hair? -_- (No, I'm not angry :B)

  • ASPERGERS IS a higher functioning form of AUTISM!!!!!!. And it is not just because he cannot understand people's indirect comments, it is because he cannot do that, coupled with more symtoms. If you check out the symptoms of aspergers, you would see that he does fall on the autistic spectrum scale. And to repeat myself, aspergers is just a higher functioning form of autism!!! He has had enough human contact in his life, this mental problem that you think he has is aspergers.

  • Both influence each other. But I don't know if Aspergers is the same as the autism spectrum...for something they completely different diseases. I might be wrong, I need to read again!!

    I already told you: HFA

  • Mabey you should read more BEFORE you give your opinion next time..

And heres a fact: Aspergers is on the autism spectrum scale and is a form of higher functioning autism.

  • It doesn't bother me that you correct me.But you didn't really put attention to what I said.

Quote "Maybe I should read more"

But you repeated that, as if I don't know I have mistakes like any other person.

Now it seems the only thing you want to do it's to hurt my pride or something O.o

  • I'm just tired of people whom believe they are right and are so passionate about it, yet have not read properly. You asked whats wrong with people after they claimed that he may have aspergers. Read next time! We have enough ignorant people on facebook and we do not need any more.

  • It's ignorant of people to point mistakes we are already aware of you know. It's also ignorant to offend a person intelligence basing on one single comment on you tube.

Mocking and stating the obvious is also ignorant. -_-

  • Not or being saying something stupid again, and getting ignorance mixed up with being rude. It's rude of people to point out mistakes and insult intelligence--not ignorant.

mocking and staring is rude also, not ignorant. jeez.

  • Now your being **

  • You were the one admitting being rude dude. And you have a very concrete definition of ignorance, but mine is more relative. So before saying I got the mixed you should read more philosophy instead of bashing. I know you were rude and ignorant...maybe you can't understand that O.o If not I'm sorry.

  • First of all I am a girl. And I myself am an aspie . so yes I do have trouble realizing if I am rude or ignorant.

  • Wow...dudette :)

  • I have aspergers, and I can tell the difference between ignorance and rudeness. His description of ignorance was right on, so don't say aspergers is your reasoning for bashing something you don't even know about. You truly should learn more about your subject before arguing about it.

  • Arguing on the internet is a lot like the special olympics. Even if you win, in the end you are still retarded.

  • You should come up with your own material rather than copying famous YouTubers' speech.

  • First of all, you should practice what you preach. Second of all, it's ForFun808 who made that famous internet quote.

  • Your grammar is atrocious.

  • Thanks for the heads up mr.grammar nazi sir

  • Win.

  • Check out Asperger's syndrome

  • Asperger your ugly American ass.

  • I'm not american, my ass ain't ugly and you have ISSUES!

  • Typhoid Penny XD

  • Oh wow. Sheldon just reminds me of myself. I think he's like me - just likes to annoy people with his superior intelligence. But yes, I think I agree with the idea that Sheldon may have an undiagnosed social disorder. I've got OCD, but I am still able to read body language effectively (but I still suck at starting conversations). I guess it'll be a mystery...

  • Well you 've completed the first step, the one that annoys people with your egoism, but not the second, the being intelligent i mean.

  • I know it's just a show, but I think his social disorder might have to do with being thrown at a college environment at the age of 11.

  • Your intelligence is not superior. I can draw this conclusion due to the fact that you watch Naruto.

  • Believe it, lol

  • neverhoodyn, you are the smartest around !

  • My intelligence is far superior than all because of my name.SHELDON ryan kerr

  • the producers intended for him to have symptoms of a disorder, but not to name so as to not offend anyone.

  • y doesn't he jus swab his own throat?

  • gag reflex and you have to swab certain areas of the throat.

  • lol, jello cultures!

  • sorry, i wanted to answer you ratherstrangecat and hit the spam button instead of the answer button. I am pretty sure it it aspergers indeed, since allready as a child he showed these symptoms (see the episodes where his mom and/or his sister appear). I work with people suffering from authism, and they got some things astonishing exact on behaviour. Many more people suffer from mild forms of authism like aspergers and are not diagnosed. I am pretty sure with sheldom that is the case

  • I do very much agree with you about the signs/'symptoms' that Sheldon shows that would easily suggest Autism, or Aspergers at the very least. I'm just not entirely convinced by the show yet, as they haven't really given the character a chance to show many other common signs associated with Aspergers. I admittedly don't work with people with Autism, but I have plenty of people who do have it or have relatives who do, and I do notice easily due to the certain signs. (continuing in next post)

  • There are plenty more signs. He isnt able to detect what you feel, he cant read facial expressions, he is lost with metaphors, sarkasm and likewise (he takes you allways literally). I could go on like that, and i am totally convinced he is an undiagnosed case. Perhaps that will one day be part of the show.

  • Ah, I see! I haven't watched enough episodes to come to a full conclusion you see, so thankyou for filling me in on other signs. I'd like to see whether the writers bring this into future episodes, it would be interesting to see the characters' reactions!

  • If he does, I'd rather they keep it out of the show. I didn't realise that it may well be the case until the comments on this video, and I think that's actually quite effective for the show if they keep it undiagnosed...

  • The writers who created Sheldon have said that they did not intend for Sheldon to have any disease, nor be similar to them. They based Sheldon off of some rather intelligent people they knew who acted this way. Arguably intelligent people do sometimes act like this, and whether it is or isn't autism/aspergers is up for them to know. Also, Sheldon is constantly going to the doctor. Surely he's been to a psychiatrist about his mind as a child, or as an adult, and they didn't diagnose him.

  • I can see they wanted him to seem a bit eccentric. But usually intelligent people with eccentricities really do have a diagnosable disorder.

  • He just needs to work out. Raise the immune system w/o medical assistance.

  • I've been diagnosed with Asperger's, and I don't think Sheldon has, or is intended to have, Asperager's. Seems more like OCD, lack of empathy and an inability not to think using pure logic.

  • im not so sure, i have Aspergers as well (as most of my dad's side) id say his lack social of skils, logical mind & OCD qualities are classic aspergers. besides asperger affect ppl differently.

  • sheldon isnt mental, he suffers symply from asperger syndrom. At least he shows the classic symptoms.

  • I don't think he actually has Aspergers, but he's socially inept due to his childhood right? So I agree with you mentioning they're classic signs, and that he's not 'mental'. What a disgusting way to describe a person's personality.

  • omg, his expression at the end xD

it's kind of pity and sadness and interior lulzing

  • man sheldon is really messed up

  • not messed up just mental

its still lol either way u put it

  • Funny, I watched this episode today in Math class.

  • Wow, your math teacher must be really nice, as this is about physics more than math :S

  • yeah, we watched some big bang theory episodes before March Break.

  • Math and Physics are almost the same thing.

I mean, Physics uses Math all the time.

  • Exactly, infact math is made to serve physics!

  • *o*

  • actually a pregnant goldfish is called a twit

and why call people that? its just stupid.

ps this is my favorite show ever!!!

  • 0:48

  • LOL!!!

  • lol....i didnt see this one...."typhoid Penny"....LOL This show is hilarious

  • lmfao i missed that one too.. hilarious

  • I need a growth medium, and someone polished all the apricot yogurt.

  • OMG i just bursted into laughter :D lol

  • Cant get enough of Sheldon, hes hilarious.

  • aftershocksstudios.... you're an idiot. Sheldon is hilarious... A little (okay, a lot) neurotic, but hilarious.

  • im a total leonard fan, but sheldon makes me giggle....
