I cook my deep fry turkey inside the house. Never brine it, and as I speak I had some already. Never dry. its on the temperature and the cooking. if you turkey come out dry you dont know how to cook.

Not sure which is accurate, but might be a small matter to look into.

Awesome episode, full of useful tips (even if you do use a commercial turkey frying device). And the demonstration of what happens when you use too much oil and get it too hot...I swear, it had to have been very much inspired by Mythbusters, like the entire Myth Smashers episode.
