Kabongo is one of the best passing point guards to come out in years he gets everyone involved, you obviously haven't seen him play for texas. the 2012 draft is a stacked draft class possibly better than the 2003 one, almost everyone chosen in the first round has the potential to be all stars at their position.

Problem with Canada is that here, there is not much emphasis on sports, and if there is any, it's mainly hockey. Of course there are some schools with proper coaching, but compared to America, it's nothing. For someone to be really good at ball here, its majority talent they picked up from playing, and not really training. Canada is slacking
