Which engine is bigger .17 or 3.0?

the .17 is the size of the engine but when it says 3.0 thats in hp but a 3.0 hp engine is really a .18 size engine

It all depends what you are into; I have done much reaserch and learned that the Raze is faster, has more torque, and is generally more begginer friendly ( the main reason is the pull-start, and single speed transmission, got to love pull start, the roto-start has tendency to strip it's gears)
