  • Roids, Roids, Roids. its obvious, cindering its Raw. even if hi is short, with a big ribcage, Ive Sean body builders that trained over 10 years and they could never break 360, I mean 4 god sakes the world record was 361 back in 1898, before steroids were ever invented 4 higher goals. but I do believe 500 can be done without roods if mr. short and stock, suites up tight enough. Im not saying that 350 is an overnight thing, but to take it to the next levle. Good luck with out the 2.

They make the same claims at my school, and yet i hold the record and they don't.  If they were really strong, then they would break mine. Regardless, congratulations on your 415 and to this guy on his 500, but I'm sure if somebody at 16 could really bench 500+, then he would enter a competition? I forgot, that's not his thing though.

  • Great job bro...although, I am surprised that you bounce the bar (a little) considering you are a competitive powerlifter. I would have thought you would be training with paused reps, or at the very least, strict reps with no bounce at the bottom.

    Cyrus did 501 with a slight pause...although, I think you have a higher competition bench thus far.

    Either way...great job here. Crazy power! 5 stars man.

  • This rep is made the easy way..now try making it the normal way...small stop at the chest without that huge bounce..and then up..if you do 400 its good already..

    Doing that rep bouncing like that isnt something to be proud...without the bounce the bar would stay glued to the chest...

  • If it's truly drug free it's an amazing lift..When you consider that 90%+ of the top lifters are drug users,this is an impressive feat..I saw Dennis Cieri(whom I think is drug free)lift 515@203 bwt raw..I'm so fed up with steroid users with mediocre work ethic and genetics gain 25-75lbs on their bench in a matter of weeks..Good lift..

  • Yes, I'm 100% drug free and have been tested several times by NASA and USAPL! One of my goals is to let lifters know that you can lift big weights and be drug fee.

  • Good gym lift but take away the bounce and add a pause like you would need in a sanctioned drugfree raw meet and you might have a 450,still a good raw lift!

  • I have been competing for 14 years. When I first started competing, I weighed 160 & bp 320. Now, I weigh 220 and bp 562 in an Inzer Single plyRage X or 500 unequipped. Also, I'm drug free too!

    During your build up phase what grip do you use?

    I've used a pretty neutral grip but began to plateu. Whenever I workout I feel the burn mainly in my triceps. Recently I changed to wide grip and "slower"lifts and still I don't feel the work out as much in my chest. Any suggestions?
