WEll first of all this looks like fsX not fs04.

Second theirs a special camera system for computers that let's you roam thru the world

Third you get a computer recording service (fraps, hypercam, etc.)

it's fs2004.......u can tell in some spots the difference on buildings and such....i used dbs walk and follow to roam around and i used fraps.

Depends what editing software you use. Also this was encoded in wmv. The resolution for this video is 1280X720 at about 6Mbps
