Jenny Humphrey was from the very beginning, even worse than Vanessa, although it was hard to tell till season 3 I will admit. At least Vanessa learns from her mistakes and now doesn't deny being a traitor - so in a way she is less of a hypocrite.

Jenny however, is a lying conniving snake, and not in a good INTELLIGENT way that Blair and even GEORGINA are. No, she is the worst kind! She is a traitor, who USES people closest to her - EVEN HER OWN FAMILY, and hen sleeps with her step brother
