San Diego looks pretty clean as far as a city goes. I'm from PA and I've been to Philly, Baltimore, and D.C. We're talking congested, traffic, and bums galore. San Diego doesn't even looked packed from the videos I've seen. Could be wrong hour of the day but there were hardly any cars on the street and I hardly saw any people.

@Mrinthewest Well, I've never been in SF & LA . I live down here and when I go downtown ESPECIALLY HORTON PLAZA where I do my shopping, I see homeless people on each corner .

@skankinruby: oh yeah there are homeless in San Diego. As you move east from the Gaslamp and north and south away from Broadway and the Horton Plaza you'll start seeing the homeless/bums...... the difference being the homeless/bums of San Diego are not as spiralled down as the ones in LA and San Francisco but the bums ARE in San Diego.

Nice video. The waterfront is one of the best areas of Downtown San Diego. So much potential, but the city has not a clue. The amount of empty buildings in the downtown area is shocking. Urine covered winos crapping on the sidewalk. Drunks openly drinking on the sidewalk, sometimes right next to city hall. The downtown post office if filthy and has bums crawling all over it. The library might as well be a homeless shelter. The Salvation Army store has from 20-40 people loitering outside.
