  • That horse looks soo YUMMY

  • LOL! That horse. What a hamm, and scene stealer. That was so cute. Horsey obviously wanted in on the action.

  • Ok Mike, what's the low-down on rice. Is rice bad for us, or is brown rice ok. I know white rice is not good, but Asians eat a lot of rice and they are skinny and healthy

  • lol! that horse was a scene steelier so gorgeous ! it must be on the raw vegan dieat too ! :D

  • "Eat more fruit." Thanks. I am automatically buying more fruit. The more I eat it, the less I eat of anything cooked or non vegan. I've been mostly raw vegan for a few months now and find myself enjoying a lot of new kinds of fruits that I hadn't had before or had little of. I bought the idea that fruit made you fat, was the same as any sugar, would give you diabetes, and on and on. It takes a lot to get ones mind around this way of eating and thinking. The vids help so much. Thanks agn.

  • You just make too much sense ;)

  • that horse is really interested in what you are saying. she would probably love some dates! :)

  • There people will lose thier body parts due to diabetes and other blood sugar problems!

  • LOL, horse in the back gave you an AMEN at 4:44. LOVE YOUR VIDS, don't stop making them!!

  • nice teeth

  • Nice job.

  • Now I want pizza

  • isn't too much fruit too much in sugar? what about people that suffer from

    candida?

  • @666katch You can't starve candida. Once you have it you have it forever. Even if fat and protein are the primary sources of your calories, your body maintains a constant blood sugar, which continues to feed the candida.

  • @666katch I thought candida was only an issue for HIV/AIDS patients, or others with extremely low immune systems.

  • okay you're not helping. :o)

  • I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (and have been for 3 months) and I don't crave junk food at all. Listen to this guy! He speaks the truth.

  • Just found your videos - great stuff! 2;11 most people who overeat or who have a food addiction don't need to be hungry to eat and to keep eating. We all know it's a choice of what we put into our mouths. I can be doing great, juicing, eating raw and then bam! A switch goes off in my head the saboteur kicks in and I find it hard to stop eating everything and anything. Hunger has nothing to do with it, I wish it had, I would know how to combat that.

  • @voodooempress eat more fruit Sweetie! it works! xx

  • Hello, friend! its very good video congratulations, fantastic wonderful. Big hug and be with God. Att ... Youth.

  • This works, especially with fruit.

  • i think im mildly addicted to sandwiches :[ fml

  • I agreed. I eat very healthy and I am never hungry! Trust me guys, it is not hard to eliminate pizza, mcdonnalds, etc.. ^^ Go healthy, live longer!

  • @zidane583 Funny how most people in Asian countries eat no dairy, or very little of it and on average live longer and are healthier than those of us in Western societies. The dairy industry (especially here in the US) has been feeding us false propaganda for decades to line their own pockets. You can get all the calcium you'll ever need from fruits and vegetables. Please do yourself a favor and do some independent research on the dairy industry.

  • That horse reminds me of those ppl who see a camera and decide to jump into the background lol! Great vid though.

  • i think you're right about this. great vids

  • @zidane583 If dairy is so important, then how did our ancestors survive without domesticated cattle? Assuming Arnstein's theory of eating only fruits and vegetables is bunk, and we must include some meat because there's evidence cavemen ate animals, it is still ludicrous to believe a caveman could corner a wild animal and milk it!

  • we are all junkies, since before birth even. priorities w current death culture are short term. which equal enslavement., addiction. thanks for your courage in shedding light on this and being a living example of our awesome potential!!!

  • can't eating fruits all the time cause diabetes ?

  • @korvix NO, because you are only getting around 5 % fat on fruit ;)

  • I like how the horse from the back is looking at the camera and listening carefully :D

  • Thanks a lot vor the Video Fruitarian!

Sorry, haven´t been able to read all the posts here... I would like to know how do you take this fruits to your workplace? And how you solve the practical issues of shopping, carrying and storing all this amount of fruit? When you shop, do you buy greener stuff expecting to get it ripe by when you eat it? Before you go shopping again? thanks again for sharing this with all of us interested in this kind of lifestyle

  • good video Michael:)

  • Inspiration!!! but i think it requires a conciousness change rather than a diet change- i think a diet change comes naturally and easier once conciousness has changed so a switch to fruitarianism is harmonious and balanced.

Alot of people fail on fruitarian diets due to not been ready for the change psychologically . A st
