每個人都有政治立場：），政治在每一個人的都存在的。
謝志峰所說的確有理，但更深層的意義在於像香港這一個奉行習慣法的地區，基本法確實有很多矛盾之處，現在解釋基本法的「那些人」只是將基本法說得很「基本」，這樣好像欠缺了習慣法的彈性。
