I was wondering if you could make this diaper and add PUL?

I can get about 6 to 7 full size diapers for about 15 dollars!.

About 10 smaller or newborn diapers. PUL is the biggest expense.

But you can recycle thick fleece blankets and old tshirts and make a whole stash that is waterproof!!
