I agree with you. An RN has more training than an EMT does. But it wouldn't look right if an EMT just said "oh, you continue care, I'll stand back". It's the EMT's job to provide care.

He fell on the ground, and to all of you that say god saved this child that is not true because the doctors with our science back at that time and our medical knowledge are the ones that saved him. If there is a god, I say he or she only does one thing and that is kill people which is a useless action that needs to be stopped by "God".

It takes the paramedics a minute or two to get set up, so if the civilians are administering first-aid correctly, the paramedics let them continue so they can set up faster. I think they say this in "CPR Parking Lot" from Episode 628.
That is correct, in addition for your question specifically about "hands on bleeding" if they let go the bleeding could get worse. Wait for EMS to tell you to stop, this way there wont be a long interruption between your actions and theirs.

Trucks offer the biggest interiors of any vehicles. Same goes for four door trucks.
And I wouldn't say hes an unfit father, moreso careless than anything. Nobody expects a kid to do that, more or less, he was just driving to the front doors. Thats an opening of maybe... 1 minute at most for disaster, give the guy a break.
when i was in 1 grade i lived in ms i had a frend her mom her and her sister were headed to a wedding and they were late so they were doing about 80 mph her little sister had undone her seatbelt and was pulling on the handle the mother had forgotten to lock the door and the sister was in the front seat the little girl opened the door and fell out and they didnt know until about 10 minutes later by the time they went back she had gotten run over by a car and she died before the ambulance arrived
The same thing almost happened to me when I was 6. I didn't know what possessed me to open the car door while it was moving on the highway. I would've fallen out if my mom hadn't grabbed my arm at the last min & pulled back inside. My uncle was driving at that time.
This isnt to be mean, but that is why there is child locks, and you always Buckle up! Thank the lord he lived!

A nurse can't intubate a patient unless she (or he) works in Critical Care.
Or so my friend, an RN who works in Home Health Care, tells me. She said she's not allowed to intubate patients.
I was truly shocked when I heard this, b/c I thought nurses knew everything we know.

Well my old step father had a truck and I had 3 younger sibilings and it was aways crouded in there. And my mean step dad who is going to prison alwayed aergued with me on getting in. I hate that man so much!

i'm only 13 but i felt angry,cramped,restrained when my buckle was on i would always take it off like that baby,we got a bakwords baby seat and door locks (opens only from outside) and i could have ny belt off safely.

Its not safe for kids to sit in the front seat. I don't even like to ride in a truck, there too small in the pasiger seat.

Trucks offer the biggest interiors of any vehicles. Same goes for four door trucks.
And I wouldn't say hes an unfit father, moreso careless than anything. Nobody expects a kid to do that, more or less, he was just driving to the front doors. Thats an opening of maybe... 1 minute at most for disaster, give the guy a break.

when i was in 1 grade i lived in ms i had a frend her mom her and her sister were headed to a wedding and they were late so they were doing about 80 mph her little sister had undone her seatbelt and was pulling on the handle the mother had forgotten to lock the door and the sister was in the front seat the little girl opened the door and fell out and they didnt know until about 10 minutes later by the time they went back she had gotten run over by a car and she died before the ambulance arrived

I fell out of a family wagon van on a San Francisco freeway going 65 mph when I was 4...
I got not one scrape or bruise. God is real; miracles DO happen. I had an angel carry me that day! :o)

The same thing almost happened to me when I was 6. I didn't know what possessed me to open the car door while it was moving on the highway. I would've fallen out if my mom hadn't grabbed my arm at the last min & pulled back inside. My uncle was driving at that time.
