  • where is the ball located? does the internally rotated hand hold it? lower trap under the medial scap?

  • I do this with the lacrosse ball almost every night. Has made a huge difference in my shoulder flexibility.

  • I didn't realize what a mess my left shoulder was until I did this, even with bodyweight the difference was noticeable.
