  • Great video, but you got Hedy's birthday wrong. She was born 1913, not 1915. She was born in Vienna Austria. Her original name was Hewig Eva Kiesler. Hedy lived Nov. 9, 1913 to January 19, 2000, aged 86 years. Read about her on Wikipedia. Interesting.

  • @SteffiReitsch actually she was born in 1914 but she wanted people to believe she was born in 1915 so i went with her wish. after all it was her birthday.

  • Awww....nice job...I love Hedy Lamarr!

  • This beauty had the brains of a scientist..

  • Stunning natural beauty ! Magical face ! A very tender video, irresistible tribute !

    Thanks.

  • This is a beautiful waltz dedicated to the most beautiful woman on the screen, the beutiful Hedy Lamarr. Thank you for you rememberance Ann.

  • Apparently she was a musician and an inventive engineer too. So, quite the all round rennaissance girl.

  • I'd love to know the secrets Betty Davis would have to say about The Hollywood Machine and how it treated her!

  • Excellent compilation. Thanx!

  • Beautiful put together. Congratulations.

Hedy Lamarr was so beautiful and always so glamorous and elegant.

  • troppo emozionante, gradevole musica, ..grazie Annpham...francesco.-

  • Lovely tribute to a lovely lady! Thanks for sharing.

  • Eine wunderschöne Frau. Gegen ihr wirken Damen wie Vivien Leigh oder Ava Gardner fast schon durchschnittlich!

  • she was breathtaking. So stunningly gorgeous !!! My favorite films of Hedy are "Come live with me", "Experiment perilous" and "White Cargo" (sooo sexy in this one !)

  • I don't know the ages of the commentors on this page but if any are young then it proves that such Beauty as Hedy's is universal and timeless. There are people today who are considered the most beautiful in the world and I Iam sure they will be forgotten. I was born in 1946 and grew up absorbed in films of the 30's&40's. Although not a "Fan" of stars in the tradional sense I loved Hedy's beauty, charm, grace and think she was a good actress. Knowing she was brilliant for her invention is a bonus

  • Such a beautiful video

  • omgosh i can't even say which part is my favorite because i love it all :)

  • My only Goddess...

  • "annpham" you did an awesome tribute to Miss Lamarr. She was so gorgeous! I met her a couple of times when she lived in Miami, she was not young anymore, then she moved to Orlando, also in Florida where she passed away. She didn't have to act or do anything, just showing her beauty would be more than enough for me. I am happy just watching her ravishing beauty. Thank you for keeping Miss Lamarr's memory alive.

  • wow lucky you!!!!!!!!!! any stories you'd like to shaare?..........im so curious to know what she was like when you met her those couple of times:D

  • *is not worthy* She IS perfect, what a beautiful video

  • Gorgeous Perfect Divine Exquisite

i feel the same about her as I do Garbo, their magic was never captured as well in photos as it was in motion pictures.

i do get a kick out of us having the same three favorites

  • what is the title of this Viennese Waltz? I'd love to learn it in honor of Ms. Lamarr.

  • It's actually a German Waltz: Brahms' Waltz in A-flat Major. But I used to call it Viennese Waltz because every time I listen to Hedy's playing it in her movie "Crossroad (1942)", it makes me feel very Viennese.
