a new season today will do VERY FUCKING WELL, especially in light of the wars this past decade, enthusiasm for the military has never been higher and as many of the contestants will be recent veterans the action will be far more intense and realistic.
Ah, I remember I loved this show as a kid. Being a kid, I thought every reality show would have as many seasons as Survivor, and being a kid from Malaysia, I know nothing about cancellation and thought every American show would at least have a second season. Now I am a 17 and this show was in fact one of my fave reality shows. better than the boring shows we have on tv now.

8 years ago I started training heavily, thanks to Combat Missions aired on tv. I've watched every episode at least 200x. The best tv serie ever to train harder than you can imagine. I came back, because it's time to train again, after 7 years layoff :) I still can remember the awesome trainings and missions and not to forget, the awesome soundtrack with it!! I've still got this somewhere on tape. Maybe I will upload to YT in higher def.
Still can't believe Scott Helvenston's gone. Didn't even had a chance to fight back... I too would love another season of CM but I guess most SpecOps guys are now busy somewhere in the Middle East. I'm sure some guys who appeared in this is show is now in the field. Godspeed guys!

Why were there so many SWAT, SEALS and FORCE RECON in this show?! Why were there no ARMY RANGERS, AIR FORCE PARARESCUE? This show should have had more RANGERS, PARARESCUE and GREEN BERETS. And maybe FBI H.R.T.?
i think they didnt make season 2 cause no offence but these guys are all highly trained top of their class soilders nd almost every mission they all died..so they didnt wanna tarnish the spec ops community wit season 2. I'm planning on joining the Seals nd after watching this i know their way better than that except here they cant use knives or snipers nd they nd the gaurds always know thir coming.. : ?
nope they use blanks but mounted on the weapons are devices that emits laser and worn on their vest are laser receivers so if they were to fire, the laser would be emitted from the gun and the vest will have to receive the laser to consider it as a kill

this is not a legitimate competition. Its designed for drama and ratings. In a real competition, the SEALs crush all. The SWAT were weak, they were physcially out of shape looking terrible
But they didn't lock out of a submarine at night, execute a five mile ocean swim, climb aboard an oil rig, take it down and hold it til sunrise. Oh yeah and they only use .357 magnums (like the SEAL teams). They didn't jump out of a C130 at night, land, regroup, execute a 10 mile "hike" onto the target, take it down and hold that either (Like Army Rangers).

I remember this show! It was awesome. Bravo was the team I was rooting for, where my friend was rooting for Alpha. Couldn't believe a team of mainly SWAT ops won the games.
This was an absolutely brilliant and fascinating show. Men like these are truly America's Idols. They really should have made more of these instead of shows about who can dance, sing and other irrelevant crap.

Israel is more than capable of protecting itself if its politicians stop bowing to Condi Rice's anti-Israel foreign policy and pressure from the EU. Bush's forces are in Iraq to threaten Israel to bow to U.S. foreign policy. The U.S. has been using Israel as an aircraft carrier for decades. Now that they're in Iraq, they no longer need Israel, so they can pressure them to give up land, again.
