This video is a fine example of simple psychological manipulation.. the men and women are stripped of their individuality by being forced to wear uniform. They are trained in behave in a very passive way towards their "teacher" or authoritarian. They follow what ever given instruction and are also given a perspective. Almost every military program in every country has some from of "brainwashing" if you want to call it that. The purpose of programs like this is to push your mind to the edge so when the time comes, you will know where that edge is.
