If you think so, then clearly you need to study more. Only a shallow & superficial knowledge of the Baha'i Faith could allow such a response. Please learn more. Unless you see all religious beliefs as "weird", you will find that this is the most rational & sensible religion out there. I say that as someone who's been through most of them in my search for the truth.
I'm into Deism, and Daoism. Since I don't beleive that "god" can speak to people or send messengers then I can't beleive in this Bahai stuff. There just isn't proof of any personal gods talking to people.
Leon, for me, there are rational "proofs" in the time prophecies. Really! Read 'Thief in the Night' by William Sears, or "I Shall Come Again" by H. Motlagh. For me, a former diehard athiest, it was sufficient and in an absolute sense, most irrefutable evidence. Approach it with an open and searching mind and heart. @Leon612 nor is there any proof that he couldnt this path is not one you can walk by sight but only by faith if you are interested you should try Bahai faith for the simple fact that it teaches alot about world untiy finding inner peace and shares alot of traits with Daoism and Deism.
@BAHAIRULES One problem I have realized in Bahai is that they support one world order stuff like laws and rules regulated to every nation on Earth. So it's like they would want the UN to take over the planet and let the US constitution burn. Now that pisses me off...plus I hate the UN...so I can't be a Baha'i but I respect that u are.....just don't try to blow people up and I'll like you...Peace.
@Leon612 Yes we want untiy among races, among the people, among the nations. we want a world where we all realize that we are one and the same even if we appear different we respect the UN beacuse that is what it is doing, forming a bond between the nations and stopping war between nations. you do not have to support the UN you just have to believe in world peace and untiy where everything can be done in harmony, that is the Bahai faith, that is our dream, and that is our future.

@Leon612 Leon, when a nuclear accident such as in Japan happens, the whole world is affected. A global solution requires some level of government, cause the whole planet is affected. Think of the United States, where each State has limited sovereignty, but Representatives based upon population, so that Interstate Commerce can be coordinated. So on a global level, something needs to happen. The UN is still pretty infantile, but at least its a start, and creates a forum for dialogue
