yessir...was on national team in high school for Greco and trained it all through co9llege...division 1. useful techniques used a lot in mma. thank you for your time to watch my videos. i hope they help you in your quest for self-improvement and discovery. blessings and respect.
hello. in regards to stance its whats the most comfortable. most wrestlers keep their right foot forward but you must feel good about it. most people fight with their left foot forward. practice shots to both sides and it will enhance your mind-body connection. do high crotch and doubles to both sides and single legs shots to both sides. you will feel what is best for you after repetition. bless.
hey..im a new wrestler in my high school and im just wondering should i keep my right leg foward or my left leg forward? ( right leg =my power leg )..i would really appreciate that...
respect gentlemen. no youtube in China to respond earlier. however in hong kong they allow it. with the movement, it is a counter shot technique i learned from Stephen Abas (3x D1 National Champ and Olympic Bronze Medalist). depending upon which foot steps up last from a fail shot you either shoot high crotch or outside single leg. this video only displays the basic foundation of movement. im not opening myself up for a shot, im countering my opponents failed shot and responding quickly. bless
i don't know how this works into mma, but if you step up like that in wrestling you'll leave yourself open for a shot. when you come up push your body backwards and circle away from your opponent, don't step into him.

Nice drill, but I agree with Sean, unless you pull this off really quickly, I don't know if this would work against a smart, and quick opponent.
