  • you sound a bit gayish no offence

  • @cod6master1 If you weren't intending to offend me, why did you say it?

  • @davidb1494 hmm i dont know this is the internet on a late night well idk but sorry then

  • Well done young man .

  • how do i burn my new project to dvd (without getting "Disc Error") on my vcr, when try to play it

  • Very, very good video bro! Thanks for upload!

  • looks like sony vegas from windows

  • I agree. After using iMovie for two years, I'm surprised by how complicated FCX is. It is not obvious how to use it, but requires many odd selections, clicks, and procedures. It's the kind of thing one can't figure out easily on one's own, as I did with IMovie. Plus. there was no booklet, just a CD with a manual of 1,000 pages -- not easy to use.

  • if u change the format you dont have to render every time.. much easier..

  • cool stuff

  • on Imovie ,can i import pictures to play during the footage, because i want to edit videos to look like games, you know with the interfaces, hp bar, the aim redicule. I want that throughout the whole video but i dont know how i can drag it on screen.

  • While I liked iMovie HD, the waiting for the files to be moved into the file itself was just a pain. With final cut express, I can just put the clips in, and go to around the area of I want to convert. When I got final cut, I didn't use it right away, because I was too used to iMovie. Now, FInal cut express is my main video editor on my mac :).

  • I dont like using key frames for some reason.

  • How did you put the snowflakes borders on the clips with you in it? It's really cool! Thanx for the vid (:

  • I'm trying to decide weather I should get final cut or just use iMovie. I'm getting a 27" iMac soon (my first one), and mainly because of the great movie editing tools on it. I hear Final Cut is much more advanced than iMovie, but I've seen videos on YouTube, and iMovie doesn't look to bad either. Do you think I should just use the already installed iMovie, or get the upgrade to Final cut?

    Thanks.

  • @YankeesRunThisTown Start off with iMovie as it comes with your mac and it's pretty good. After a few months, if you think you should upgrade, buy Final Cut Express.

  • Thank you so much i now understand final cut express so much more

  • how do u record the whole computer screen, What program do u use to record all ur apple video's ??

  • I use a program called screenflow :)

  • @davidb1494 You can also just open quicktime, go to File > New Screen Recording, and start recording. If you want to record audio at the same time, just click the little arrow that appears and select what microphone you'd like to use. It's free!

  • how do do you add the colour like at beginning? with the snow flakes :/ I can't find any videos

  • It's called a gradient. Two colours fade into eachother

  • Thanks!! This is exactly what I was looking for!! You are an awesome video maker! I want to make some, but I have no time..... tehe

  • Haha thanks!

  • Are you gay??

  • No, haha

  • Bahaha. Jump cuts are hilarious. A bit excessive but funny. Five stars. great job.

  • It seems the constant need for rendering in Final Cut Express is a big minus. You'd think they would release a new one that would take advantage of the new i7's and the coming up 6-Core xeons(24-core mac pro ftw!)

Hopefully Final Cut Express & Studio will build in a option to render as you go type thing. Rendering in the background similar to iMovie. This probably wouldn't work with 1080P video though....

  • Yes, rendering can get really annoying. Using an HD camera and importing allows you reduce the amount of rendering needed.

  • JUMP CUTS AHHH lol :)

  • :) yeah

  • Very Nice! Keep it up!

  • Thanks!
