I've started a petition to release every season of this show on DVD. You can find the url on my channel page, since I can't post it here. Just trying to get the word out!
The MGM/UA Diamond Jubilee logo at the end appeared in Red Dawn and 2010: The Year We Made Contact, I have it on Red Dawn, without the "Television" word.
jokester1111: Back in the 1980's a lot of shows had sponsers. Sponsership had nothing to do with whether the program was a game show or not. Usually the sponsers paid more money to air just their ads during the shows commercial breaks.
I think this may have been something only seen when shows were produced for first-run syndication, you would see this. To my knowledge, I don't think this happens (or happened) much as far as network programming after about the 1960s, maybe?
catbeast2007: The rights to Kids Inc. are split between three different companies; currently MGM owns American domestic television rights, and 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment holds DVD rights, while the video archives reside with The Disney Channel.

Is it just me? or were the propsused for this "Kids Inc"'s pilot, recycled from "The Terminator " movie's "Tech Noir" club scene?
You know- where the terminator has his gun's laser pointer beam aimed on Sarah Conner's forehead?

Maybe people who wrote Kids Incorporated felt terrible that the kids never sang a Rick James song and dressed Jerry as Rick James.
