Would you do something and stop saying sealing in the juices. It's a false statement. you can't seal juices in by applying heat. Want proof whats that on the plate when you rest meat.. Heat compresses tissue fibre and wrings out the liquid. What happens when you over cook something?? it's dry.

@lilyflowers35lol it has noodles, milk ,cheese and butter the breadcrumbs give it a crispy texture and the sour cream gives it zest why a lot of people put ham,bacon,broccoli or even lobster in mac and cheese.
Its like saying that's not pizza because it doesn't have pepperoni on it,basic mac n cheese is just noodles butter cheese and milk and that is cool too.
I like my basic with mild cheddar, swiss ,butter and light cream not milk.
I prefer the longer episodes, rather than 3 seperate videos just to make up one show, like tekzilla they chop up their videos and have a full version. If you see its 34mins then watch it when you have time, its not as if they remove their videos after a few days.
Whats with your nose this week? It seems to be driving you crazy. Kinda gross wiping at your nose all the time before you start cooking....not to mention the times while you were actually cooking.
