  • The best coach any one can talk to is Tony hip.. TOE KNEE HIP!

  • Way to often coaches place way to much emphasis on the standing throw for spinners. Once he stand is mastered then it should only be used with heavy balls in August-December of the training year. After that, the importance should fall to the half-turn and stands should only be used to warm-up the arm. During the rotation u are always turning into a stand throw so whatever throwing you do it should always be with a turning motion. The glide is linear, the spin is rotational. Train accordingly!

  • jesus. look how fast his arm is

  • all that throwing in the backround doesnt help. u cant hear key info lol

  • IS THAT DAN TAYLOR IN THE RED????

  • No, the guy in the red shirt is Jarkko Haukijärvi from Finland.

  • such speed

  • how far do you think he throws when he does this

  • Farther than me.

  • prolly mid high 50's... maybe even low 60's

  • he does a very efficient tech but his real problem is the landing of his left leg is way to high

  • that's because he pulls it harder than anyone else. + and a -. Plus is that it increases his torque the minus is that it throws him off balance. I think he should keep his high leg

  • he throws them like its a piece of paper

  • his coach is a nerd

  • Where is this?

  • Really good demonstration of the final effort. Very different from the glide. Nelson looks like a real technician.

  • what an explosive beast...

  • wow
