I have a question for you. last night I experienced buzzing through out my body while in this state of mind, and I heard laughter coming from inside my head. and that was all I could hear, but what was messed up was that It also felt like a chance to astral project, but I was scared somehow, I visualize white light protecting me twice and then it stopped. with asteral projection you can go any were around the world (some people beleve you can go around the universe but I dont know) with your soul but you can be possesed if you leave your body so please if you are doing self hipnosis or asteral projection do it with a person watching you or have a light turned on.

my dad has experienced astral projection before, but it came natural to him, it's not like he has control over it, but i've heard from other people that there's a risk on doing astral projection, like they say that if someone wakes u up while you're on trance something bad can happen, so he's kinda scared because he cant control it....is it true?

I have this cd. I have only had it for 2 days and only listened to it once. Il explain what I think of it. When I tried I tried it seems like your sole is being programmed to help you astral project. I found that at times my leg or arm would suddenly shake. This is the result of my astral body suddenly bouncing back into my body and causing a physical movement. It takes time but practice makes perfect.

Hey, I would love that video that teaches Astral Projection. I have been doing it, but never got any parts out of my physical body. Even if I had gotten far, I was only visualising the area as opposed to actually being there.

I recommend Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce.  I think that is a very good book for beginners, like me, to learn.

I Know this sounds strange but when I was between the age of 5 to 9yrs I always remember being able to do Astral projection although I had no idea what it was called until recently. I remember looking at myself sleeping then flying off around the house (watching family members sleeping) and neighbourhood. It was too real to be a dream.
