I was playing with my mini griptilian today (the thumbhole variety) and realized that this move is possible with pretty much any thumbhole knife, not just spydercos. Really fun opening and really easy to learn. Thanks for the vid man.

@Gh0stface89 Well it should work with the endura, as long as your clip is in tip up postion. I guess you could even flip it from tip down to tip up and do it then.

@Xatlox Glad you like the vids. as for the trainer, there arent many great trainers out there at the time. Bear is probably your best bet, but I would just go straight for a good knife with an actual edge. I mean it is up to you but with balisongs there are expensive ones that last or cheap ones that last a week. Again though, the bear and sons is probably your only bet for a trainer.
@CalviNNation Thanks :) It's hard for me to get a sharp blade simply because it is illegal for me to import (I live in sweden), If I were to buy like a good benchmodel I guess I would have to travel to the US and buy one and take it in my luggage :P That is why I have to go with a trainer atm, since they are legal to import :) When I get some experience with balisongs, I will consider buying a good one :)

I got a really cool knife it's like 4 inches titanium and is a lighter but on the back thers a switch and it pops up a blade! Its really cool.
