i am doing 6 front flip and 5 gainer here but i dont how can i take video in movile ?

do a backflip when climbing up from edges it can help u gain some distance

no this is free running because it involves flips and to basically do whatever but parkour is about getting from a-b in the fastest most efficient way possible :). but it is very confusing so i don't blame ya

@purbit1 i said parkour omfg.... i always get pissed like on t.v. the mtv commercial for parkour i always yell and say THAT IS FREERUNNING but in this isnt he/she trying to get from one destination to the next? ( iv never played it :/)

@1joel8 no it like collecting flags and loads of different thing but it does involve some a-b but is still free running because of the tricking element of it :)
