@kiran2914 Yeah, I've spent quite a bit of time in America over the past year and majority of my time talking to American's. I guess the accent catches a little.
@Ayrshore haha! It's okay, we all know it's complete fact not a generalisation that all American's do is eat McDonalds. I had it proven to me - I got a big mac for breakfast one day and pizza a few times :P
@palermodpr I'm very much in support of it. I'll probably make a video talking about it some time but I think it'll do the country a great benefit. I believe the referendum is to be held in 2014 - I'm most likely not going to be living here then, though my support still goes to the campaign. What's your opinion on it?
@IconifiedEpic I'm not a Scottish myself, but the time I lived in Glasgow made me realize the people was not very pleased. With a parliament making decisions in behalf of more than one "country", there will always be complaints, someone will always have the short piece of the budget. Therefore, as an outsider, I believe this separation will bring more benefits than harm, however I think you should keep the drawbacks in mind too.
@palermodpr I agree - I know there's going to be issues with things like where we stand in the EU; what our allocation of armed forces / budget deficit is going to be for starters. I'm really interested to hear stronger arguments from anti-independence people but I've yet to hear too much from them despite actively looking for them. I want to know the opposing arguments so I can consider them before I vote.
@IconifiedEpic You're absolutely right. What's the media's view on this? Is there any survey going on? I believe the great majority might be supporting the idea as well, am I right?
@palermodpr I've not managed to catch the Scottish media. English / UK media I've seen is against it but has only complained that we're going to take 90% of the oil...because it's in our country and that's somehow unfair to them. In Scotland there is a lot of support for independence but a lot of people are worried we couldn't support ourselves.
@IconifiedEpic I see. I believe it's a long-term issue. At the beginning, both parts will "miss each other", but if it's possible to get better in the long-term, it's worthy. However, I suspect there is a chance that the split will not occur utterly, maybe both parts will hold special market relationships so that their economy can cope the change.
I'm really interested in this, you should definitely vlog about the issue :P.
Just curious I saw you did a project for awesome video. Would you happen to be a nerdfighter? if so DFTBA!

I read at BBC's website that there will be a referendum concerning the separation of Scotland from UK. What's your opinion about that?
