Unfortunately that type of handshake does have unique cultural origins, or at least associations. To point it out in the way that Larry did may be offensive, but looking at it in the context of its associations helps drive the point he was trying to make-- this was a handshake that general speaks of an informal alliance, or at least conveys warmth and brotherhood.
That was an intimate handshake with a controversial character. That's the issue.

The Federal Reserve was responsible for the 1st Great Depression and they're responsible for this one as well. Very little of this has anything to do with the banks collectively.
