I'm not a native speaker either and I noticed that there are small patterns that phone cannot pick up correctly. When proper English is used everything works just fine. If I alter pronunciation it works fine. Btw there's an option where you activate google database program which starts collecting your voice data and gets better every time at recognizing wtf you want.

it seems that the voice talk feature in the samsung phone aka vlingo app is not using google's default voice recognition since i see so many mistakes. but when you were doing the tweets you used google's voice search and it picked up everything you said. just giving you a heads up. also you should check out the virtual assistants apps like SPEAKTOIT assistant or VOICE ACTIONS in the market these actually have conversations with you
