no, the commandos are default, the real military ones are unlocked when you join a clan that's part of that military, say a Navy SEAL clan

depends its a 3rd person shooter realistic bullet damage i guess and good customizeation soz for speling it has max of 32 players online and its a long load rarly hav 32 ur normaly lookin at 10-25 in a game becoz about 300 games going on i personaly love it and playin it 24/7

no..everything is already unlocked...the only time when u get new things to customize ur character is when u join a clan..that unlocks new kinds of vest that the clan leader made for only the members of that clan(like a guild tabard in wow)
