I like the idea, however, I agree with movax20h - it should not be used in public places such as libraries, shopping centres, or just plain old street traffic etc., I think this shows that big brother is here to stay... just think of the repercussions if those that control this technology are against freedom of speech or just plainly biased against free choice of your ideals, religion and philosophy ...
