@2010asil I don't disagree, but I also don't see the need to litter the comments with memorials to a fictitious character when the person who posted the video respectfully requests that people do not.
this song is beautiful, but it has the worst bassline i've ever heard in my life. most of the notes are off-key, and it drops out at such random intervals that i can only think the bassist was trying to learn the song as he went along. it can't be on purpose. is this a demo version or something?
Loved Kim's music since her "Kim Richey" album (which deserved at least one country music award - it was sooo good). Found this sweet,sad song on Utube. Love it and the heartfelt comments people left.
When my dog passed away on September 20, 2011, this was the first song I heard on my iTunes playlist. Needless to say, I was a tearful mess. I'd had this dog since I was in first grade, when I didn't have any friends; now I'm in college. This song still makes me think of her every time I hear, and I start crying all over again.

Kim Richey, fantastic modern country artist... the album this song comes from doesnt have a bad song on it.. stunning from start to finnish. Wonderfully emotive... keep um coming Kim!

Igot my dog gracie when she was 6 weeks old. shes a labrador/sheperd mix. Shes now 12years old and near her end. I feel your pain
