I can say for sure, Vocaloid isn't an anime. The art of each song may look like anime, but Vocaloid itself isn't anime. There have been suggestions of it, but not really an official. Vocaloid are voice synthesizing applications, they have been commerically sold since 2004 and began from one of the simplest ideas of synthesizing the human vocals for singing ( From Vocaloid Wikia ). There are a lot of different Vocaloids. Kaito, as shown here,Miku, Rin, Len, and so on

@Thenolyta185 This is Kaito Shion, he is not in an anime (shame) but he is a vocaloid, a vocaloid is a computerised voice, that sings a song. It is off of a softwear called 'Project Diva'.

This vocaloid is my favourite out of all the vocaloids. try searching Kaito shion into Youtube and listening to some songs. I hope you like him.

Kaito (Shion is his fan-assigned lastname) isn't from Project Diva per se, he was released before the PSP was released. Project Diva is based off the Vocaloids, not the other way around. (Sorry for the pedantic-ness ^^;;;)

@DarkAliceWolf Though Belarus is pretty damn creepy, this reminds me more of Russia, simply because a lot of Kaito's songs and the fact that Kaito wears a scarf just about 24/7(like Russia) remind me of Russia. Especially "I Wish They'd Just Die". The cheeriness and playfulness of the tune along with the lyrics make me think of Russia. Plus, Russia's just as much a creeper as Belarus. He could be stalking Canada, America, Prussia, China, anyone really. But back to he song...
