Lol no secret really...just got the fabric from the fabric store, modified a t-shirt, used some yellow ribbon...

For the headset I got some craft foam and yellow plastic and attached it to one of those Xbox 360 headsets. xD Oh and I got the plastic banana from the fabric store too. Craft foam is your friend. O:

The easy way around getting a Miku headset is to glues fabric onto a very small lid of a cardboard box and glue it to the back of the ear pieces of cheep headphones. It's easy, cheep and looks really cool =D (I did that for my MIku cosplay and my brother's Len cosplay)
