I mean i am against using abortion as a means of contraception ... as in someone doesn't think about the consequences of their actions and just uses it as a last option..

but there are conditions i would accept e.g. rape or where its the kindest option because of suffering thats already happening or the mother is a risk of dying.....

Gave me the creeps. I'm against abortion, too, but.. There are some circumstances when.. It's NOT okay, but it's slightly understandable. Such as rape/being drugged[samethingreally]. Some people aren't always willing to spread their legs ^^;

I couldn't agree more with your opinions. I even did a research paper on it xD. I believe its only SOMEWHAT right in cases like rape and if the mother might die from giving birth. It makes me so mad that people..cant even birth it and just give it up for adoption, there are plenty of people looking! Welp thats just my opinion xD. And the video is really creepy but good :D

It was a good video but many of the effects were sort of... weird. The colors were just too much in some places.

However, I know I'm probably going to get my account blocked for this, but I sort of disagree with the abortion thing. Sometimes, abortion is good. In my opinion, rape, a poor enviroment for a child, and sometimes underage pregnancies are good reasons for abortion. I still respect your opinion though :3

Rape is a sad thing of course, but I still think it's horrible to murder a baby because of it. First of all for underage pregnancies, it's their own fault for not being abstinent, they shouldn't punish their child for their own mistakes. With underage pregnancies, if neither the mother nor father's families can help take care of it, they should still have the babies and just put them up for adoption afterwards. Rape is the same thing. Just put it up for adoption.

My use of underage pregnancies was a bit vague. Some people's bodies can't handle a child at a young age. I also said "sometimes" for underage pregnancy. But look at it from a mother's point of view if she was raped and was then impregnated. Maybe she wants children in the future. Maybe she adores children. But she doesn't want her child to be the child of filth. Its also unfair to the child to know they were a product of rape and its also unfair to them if they dont know their real parents.

Well I didn't think about their bodies not being able to handle it, so I can understand that. But still for the rape thing I think the child would rather be alive and not know who their parents are than be dead. For the mother who loves children, if they really love children as much as you say, then how the child was conceived should be of little consequence to them, they should love the child regardless. -Loves friendly debates =)-

The child wouldn't be alive to decide on its own whether it would rather be alive or not know its parents. This is all a matter of opinion, so eh.

I also just thought of something else. If a mother is stupid enough to be on drugs like heroin and stuff while pregnant... abortion is a good thing... The child would die eventually. My older half brother died at 6months because of his mother's addictions.

I suppose it is just a matter of opinion. Again, that's another worst case scenario. This is why the world is messed up. People go on drugs/get drunk, have sex when their not prepared for a possible pregnancy, and then murder or punish a baby because they were stupid enough to do those things. Well you said you feel people should be more tolerant. I'm not being intolerant, I'm just very against abortion. I can understand why people do it but that doesn't mean I think it's right. But I'm not going to express my views on your situation since it is obviously very personal and I'm not going to have a debate about it here in public. Your beliefs are your own and no one should have a go at you because of that. If I could ask one question though...And it is not being mean about your beliefs because I believe you have reason to think that. But what about in cases of rape? Does that still count as murder to you?

Well I really wanted to reply =P I still think that if someone was raped and got pregnant it's still murder if you have an abortion. There's no reason to end a baby's life simply because of something bad that happened to you. Don't punish the baby too. And if you don't want the baby, give it up for adoption when it's born. At least then it can live.
