What i love about Dave is that he dont play them drums straight forward, he allows himself to be "unsteady". He dont always hit the beats straight on, but the wierd part is that he is off at the exactly same spot live and on studio tracks.

I just caught 1 minute segments of Russian Circle's set tonight, while I was working security, at the Aquarium, in Fargo ND. Holy fuck are these guys worth listening to; heavy as fuck and very appealing. Probably one of the nicest, most respectful bands I've ever met, as well. I just had to buy "Geneva" (at their merch guy's suggestion) so I could truly appreciate this sonic assault, indelibly marked on my musical tastes. Fantastic show guys!
