i swear am starting to regret i ever baught sims 3 , TOO MANY ERRORS & PROBLEMS , i just got a problem fixed and another problem appears , ever since i got it on January i have never really played it , always trying to fix some stupid problems , my problem now is tose weird things appearing roofs gettin attached and i cant play coz its annoying me and i cant see where or what ma sim is doing !! its covering everyting grrrr

SERIOUSLY I NEED HELP WITH MY GAME!!! My game keeps getting a serious error has occurred loading (simsfamilyname).sims3 it is strongly reccommended you restart the application. Whenever I load a game or try to start a new game. I've deleted all my custom content, uninstalled all my expansion packs, changed the back up file to the real file, deleted all my games, restarted my computer and restarted the game. My game works on my other computer but I would like it to work on my laptop. HELP!!!

Same thing happened to me! I got ambitions and world adventure and installed it! It took like a hour and a half just to start then when I went to China it took another hour then when i left..well you get it! I still need help! My video card can hold the sims 3! i have the same problem and there is no solution (useless google dosn't help), i have tried reinstalling the game 3 times (i have windows 7 64bit my pc can run this game 6 times over), i have tried various versions of patches, i have no custom mods installed but still the game freeze! i threw the game disc out of the window as i have had enough, game consoles FTW you don't get this crap on gaming consoles, can't wait for sims 3 on the ps3 :)

1.Try to play it...

2. If it doesn't work, Re-Boot your computer, Do not use the Game Disk to play..Download it from Sims3 Exchange..

3. Play it again then check...

4. If it doesn't work, Use the disk from the Computer Shop or what ever :))

I now know what happens. Your RAM isnt enough. Luckily, i got a laptop and i can play there, but i really wanted to play in this computer. Good luck with ur game :)
