  • Hello. Where can I get the mold you are using? I dont see it on Brambleberry's site. Thank you in advance...

  • heheh, annemarie, i freezed it and it stayed together like yours and ive had mine for 2 years XD it still hasnt come apart XDDD

  • I want soap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOW

  • Would it affect anything if we just use only mica and without a non bleeding color?

  • @Mimiopampam If you use a color that bleeds you won't get the crisp lines. I talk more about colors that bleed or migrate in Episode 2 herbs and colorants.

  • I love your videos in fact I made this soap too and it looks great although I did,nt use rubbing alcohol it still looks great

  • @DevinRossProductions Cute aren't they? That is a mini scoop from Bramble Berry. You can find the link in the description of the video.

  • this is totally irrelevant to actual soap making, but your bloopers and "fun moments" are a riot lol!!!

  • @nubiansnowchic We have tons of fun filming these, so glad you like them too!

  • Is there ever a time frame that is TOO long to wait before adding another layer? Like, will it maybe not adhere if you wait an hour or so? THanks so much. I haven't heard the answer to that question but if it is in another episode just let me know. :)

  • @momzmoviez I found that the longer I wait the more frequently my layers don't stick together. But because there are so many variations from one soap project to another, I can't say a definite time. However long you leave your soap - just make sure you spritz with alcohol right before you pour for the best results!

    Happy Soaping!

  • Where can we find your last videos????

  • I love all your videos!!! I want more !!!

  • why does my soap have a sweaty look and feel after I take it out ....is that normal?

  • @gisellem88 That is called condensation and it's pretty normal, especially in humid climates. I explain more about it in detail in the packaging episode. Best thing to do is to wrap you soap up as soon as you pop it out of the mold.

  • How do you know which mica colorants are non-bleeding. Brambleberry doesn't list which soaps are non-bleeding. Only on a few. HelP

  • @msanjanetta If you head over to the Bramble Berry site we have made a special category in our Colorants section (found on the left side of page) called Non-Bleeding Colorants. This has all of our micas, oxides, and liquid colorants that are non-bleeding. Happy Soaping!

  • this soap looks like soap rocks. Do you have a method to make soap rocks

  • @trinamr7 I haven't done a video on that technique yet, but it's a great idea. Thanks!

  • You said not to refridgerate this soap because the layers may seperate. Is it okay to refridgerate if the soap only has one layer? If so, for how long?

  • I don't like to refrigerate my soap in general because it usually causes condensation or dew to form on the soap when you remove it. Also, it makes the plastic of the mold more brittle and easy to break. So I don't recommend ever refrigerating your soap. But if you must refrigerate your soap try to put it in for the shortest time possible.

    Happy Soaping!

  • I'm so excited to get started on soap making (haven't done it in many years and it was very basic). I want to do all these cool soaps but I know I need to know be patient and get the basics done :)

  • Very cool soap, Anne Marie!! Thanks so much, and thanks for giving alternate ideas to us too!!
