  • Frank I have recently started boxing, and My cardio is not to where I would like it to be...I was wondering should I be doing long distance jogging or would it be better to just run in short bursts until I can't push any longer, advice from a champ like yourself would be some real help. Thanks...Btw I cant believe I actually found your youtube account haha be pretty neat to talk to a professional fighter.
