First, I'll say that the apartments *are* really, really nice and spacious. Wonderful if you're on a budget. Great prices, affordable, fine. But yes, the kids ARE bad here, and obviously management won't do anything about it. I'd complain, but since I'm new here, I don't want to be "that" tennant and treated poorly for being a problem - I say this only because the constant noise...

I am not sure what that person is talking about. I love it here. Great spacious apartments! Very clean and beautiful pool area. I like the cinema too and take advantage of it on the weekends. You can't beat it for the price. Very affordable if you are on a budget. I haven't found anything new for the money. It really is a great place.

Nice place but too many problems with noise and bad kids. You won't be be able too sleep at night or get any help from the office about it . shooting ,fights and fires seem to be the norm.There is always something going on there. The smell of pot lingers in the air and you cann't get up the stairs to an apartment,too many people just hanging out sometimes.If you complain. Forget about it.
