well, i think if the elephants are intruding their teritory the people ought to have the rights to defend themselves. @lavender880 i don't they shd own the land since they roamed the earth longer thn us, cuz there isn't such a rule in the animal world. Not all cultures are the same as ours, and what one person views as advancement another views as destruction. Not all cultures want to be like ours either.
