look for a motorola astro on ebay and know someone who can program in the right frequencies. I believe the Motorola Astro is P25 digital. You can listen to digital with scanners. The only value that radio in the video would provide is the ability to listen to encrypted messages if it has a DES or AES encryption board programmed already.
