thats what ours was doing and we sent them back because it did that with every load now we have amana front loaders and they are going back on monday and we are getting the new samsung brakewater blue ones.

@Skreem2 No, three repairmen came out and then they finally found the entire machine had rusted inside under the tub. The sides were falling in and it was only around a year old. Whirlpool paid us part of our money back and had it crushed. They said the people that did the metal inside did something wrong. They said it was only a matter of time and the weight of the water would have made it flood my home. I have picutes of the rust, it was horrible.
