@beeweezee24. I've got a 2000 5.4 Eddie Ed. 4x4. I put a k&n on mine last summer. Well worth it!! Got around 2 more mpg's on the average, and a substantial increase in acceleration. Sounds pretty badass too! Oh and it's pushing 190,000 and still runs factory smooth!!

My 2001 Expedition still runs strong at 178,000 mikes. Trans or noting major has happened. It still takes off sweet to be such a big SUV.

I dont know if it's an audio problem, or just a tuning problem, but the engine sounds like it's missing, popping randomly during Acceleration. Didn't sound right at all.
