Man this looks fun. Me and my brother used to rent Super Adventure Island 2 all the time for snes. Sad that this game is so short, and has been overlooked so much, but it looks like a good time!

I think the bombs are terrible! it kills me unlike the other weapons. I wish I had the fireballs back.

Never played the snes ones, only the NES and TG Wonder Boy remakes and I preferred the Wonder Boy originals.

I was disappointed by this at first. Where the Hell did the dinosaurs from 2 and 3 go? Though, this game doesn't really need them that much since you no longer die in one hit. They're still cute, though :3 but anyway, maybe I'll like it better once I get more upgrades. I am still not a fan of the controls, though, they're too stiff.

It's one of those, I think for Wii Ware its a good start, but the sequel better be much improved if I'm buying it. If there is a sequel that is.

Hudson re-released a few of their classic titles as a budget range for the CG, kinda like Sega AGES on the PS2. They also did re-makes of BC Kid and Bomberman.

I've got a copy of it, If you watch my vidoe of how to play import gamecube games on a wii, I'm playing it on that.

the reason it's the 16 shot challenge is because Takahashi Meijin (the best video game player of all time as well as the faster button presser of all time) can press the button 16 times per second. Imagine beating his record...

That and those yellow gamepad-looking things in the Rapid Fire Ruins are called "Shooting Watches" and were created in tribute of a man called Takahashi Meijin, who can hit the A button 16 times a second.

He uses this tactic on the shooter Star Force for the Famicom/NES.

Gradius Rebirth is the only game I think, that we've gotten for cheaper than NA.
