Africans should adopt an attitude of love for their own country and environment. As each farmer cultivates, each season grow atleat 10 trees. Governments should subsidize the price of tree seedlings. 10 trees planted each year in every household is enough forest cover for the entire country and sustain a viable environment. Nonsense! There's some sense behind carbon credits for international trading approach to this issue, but to go out and give money to these [...insert choice noun here...] would be a travesty. I totally agree with you. Did you know that an average person in the west takes their holiday in another country during the summers? There is a lot of travelling within Europe for example, and so this carbon credit crap is just a way of allienating the other cointinents from the benefits of competitive trade.
