dont buy this phone!!!!! it is possible the worst phone ever,at first it seems ok,but then its problem after problem,the speaker sucks balls!! NOONE can EVER here anything yoursaying,it constantly turns off beacuse the battery is put in loose,and the touch screens sucks nutsacks! and its pretty hard to text on becasue of the sucky touch screen

@xxaznboicrazyxx I would say the tmobile tap is better because first of all it's a lot cheaper than the highlight and the call quality is great on the tap, but the call quality on the highlight sucks!

my friend has this phone and its a really nice phone. If your looking for a nice simple phone without spending too much money than this is for you. I have the samsung behold 2 and i love it. i won it during the giveaway contest and they are both good phones. Idk too much bout the tap but the behold 2 takes amazing pictures and i have no complaints since i got it for free. Overall this is a nice phone for people watching their budget

you can help with the dullness by going og menu, settings, deisplay settings then brightness..i know when i got mine it was really really dull now its bright :)

I don't really see the point in a touch-screen if you're not going to use the device for web browsing or with a GOOD full qwerty..

I think there's a lot of better alternatives if you want to spend below $200 on an unlocked touchscreen phone. Like even some of the on the outside nearly identical HTC Touch rip-offs, actually running Windows Mobile (with fairly decent specs, too).

Well maybe some people want a touch screen phone but dont want all the extra apps and what not..I think thats what this phone is basically made for...And btw i have this phone... I like basic stuff i dont get all caught up into how many apps there are.. Its a wast of money to me especailly if you dont use it lol...But my opinion i like the phone..Its a nice touch screen for someone who just wants a touch phone and nothing else major basically, But it all depends on what u want in a phone
