They don't really own him. He just doesn't do extremely well against them. Go to chred2akrisp's channel. I beat his Falcon with Zelda, but my Fox gets raped.

its actually the exact opposite. Falcon has great matchups against low tiers and if it wasnt for fox/falco would be much more viable in tourney play.

Hm. Yes, you have a point. But in general high tier users don't know what to do against low tiers. So they often will lose a stock or two before they figure out what works and what doesn't.

I would say that it's more like Falcon's Matchups are evenish throughout the low tiers. I wouldn't say they are great, he get's CGed 0-death by a few of them, but he can dish the pain right back. His matchups are very even through out the tiers, and although Fox/Falco/Sheik have the advantage on him, they aren't so bad that he doesn't stand a chance.
