You play OK - ignore the naysayers. However, having said that i always feel much better justifying my 5 cheap guitars (all Chinese, Korean or MIJ's) when i see folk playing like this with a super expensive US fender... :D

Player's guitar's tone doesn't mesh well with backing track.

Also, sounds slightly off timing-wise. I used to have this problem trying to do this using Audacity. Tracks seemed to come out of my speakers slightly behind the point where my noise was going into the mic. Using headphones helped me a lot.
