@yawgmoth13 Because she's a F hero! Spira owes their ass to her! She can do whatever she wants. The concert in the first place was a way to tighten the relationship of the people of Spira.

1st and only: that wasnt her it was the girl that wears the pink outfit blonde hair going after yuna. she stole her dress sphere and used it at the concert. thats why rikku was fighting during the concert
