I remember I was in Oreganos and really bored.....until I looked up to see this movie, this exact part in fact, on a television set. I freaked the hell out when I saw Frank3
@StupidLamb251 haha that's so weird how you noticed that as well I just moved here to scottsdale from chicago and realized that myself. funny how this medium could make the world seem so small. Made my day that's for sure. Greetings!
Funny how Gloria DeHaven perceived herself as a "diva" - although as we all know Frank Sinatra dwarfed her in fame and talent. He catapulted to stardom very quickly from Major Bowes Amateur Hour, Tommy Dorsey and Harry James just a few years earlier.
Sinatra at his finest, his early days. I think this was his 2nd film in '44. The first being "Step Lively" in '43. Jule Styne & Sammy Cahn wrote the musical score
Probably the most memorable moment from this forgettable film. It's a cute film though and has Sinatra's first on screen kiss. Frank loathed Gloria deHaven because of her diva demands on set but none of that showed in his acting ;-)

Correction: Sinatra's debut or first appearance in film was "Higher & Higher" 1943. Mel Torme also in that one,
